We take a look at the latest moves.
Big names moving on
'Deto', one of the most famous German players on the scene and a former FIFA eWorld Cup runner-up, has left Manchester City. After around 18 months with the current English Premier League champions, the German is looking for a new club. Fnatic have also parted ways with 'Zimme', who represented Sweden at the FIFA eNations Cup 2019 alongside Ivan Lapanje.
Lille and Independiente with line-ups to fill
After a successful year with Lille OSC, Belgium’s Gilles Bernard is now currently a free agent, as is eNations Cup runner-up 'Yago', who has moved on from Club Atletico Independiente after a strong season, making him another interesting name on the open market.
Team Gullit, Demise and Vitality announce new signings
Ruud Gullit’s team has picked up an exciting young talent in Levi de Weerd, while Joey Sharpe has signed with team Demise. After the losses of 'Rafsou' and Aurelien Cheron, team Vitality has moved to sign 'DPeixoto7', who worked his way into the top 30 of the FIFA 19 Global Series Rankings last season.
Changes at Mesut Ozil’s eSports team
Denmark’s 'Ustun' has chosen to move on from M10 eSports, and he was followed out of the door by Brazil’s Resende. The Arsenal player's team reacted to these departures by signing Dutchman Levy Frederique.
Exodus at Rogue eSports
After Rogue had three players at the Grand Final, earning them a reputation as one of the strongest teams in the world, two of those have decided to move on. 'GoalMachine' and Niklas Raseck are now searching for new clubs ahead of the new season.
Other big moves
'Rusher' has joined FUTWIZ for this season, while German Bundesliga club VFL Wolfsburg have signed 'BeneCr7z', a Bavarian who was a stand-out player in the VBL last term. Relative newcomers Fierce eSports have picked up 'CatFIFAx', who certainly made a name for himself towards the end of last season with some very strong performances.
