As a FIFA Partner and strong supporter of the FIWC, Coca-Cola has again provided beverages for all players, staff and guests at all the different locations and events throughout the course of the Grand Final.
Plus, for the first time, Coke eSports participated in the event and presented the players, commentators, guests and stars with personalised Coke eSports Gaming cubes, including a controller and a bottle of Coca-Cola.
As they have done for each edition of the FIWC Grand Final, adidas provided sports equipment for players, hostesses and staff. Some of this equipment included a personalised tournament shirt for each player.
On the Final Showdown day, adidas also activated the adidas lounge inside the Apollo theatre. This fully branded room was created for VIP guests to chill-out and network during the day and was then used as the location for the after show party.
The tournament fleet consisting of 5 fully branded cars and 2 busses, which were provided by Hyundai. These provided smooth airport shuttles and ground transportation for players, staff, guests and VIPs.
Hyundai has been heavily involved in activating the Final Showdown, by giving out event branded scarfs to all onsite guests as well as broadcasting the entire 2 hour show on their dedicated screen at Times Square.
As in every year, the winner's check presented by VISA was handed over by FIFA's Director of Marketing, Thierry Weil.
VISA has been involved in the FIWC in the past years as one of FIFA's official partners. Visa has also provided POS stations to all event locations in New York.
Gazprom is one of FIFA's official partners and is therefore also involved in the FIFA Interactive World Cup events.

The Dalian Wanda Group is the most recent addition to FIFA’s official partners. Announcing the sponsorship just days before the FIWC, they were pleased to take part in the FIWC 2016. It was a milestone for both organisations marking their first presence in a FIFA event.
