The 16 qualifiers for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Portugal 2015 eagerly awaited Tuesday’s draw at the host resort of Espinho, an event that was streamed live on

Attending the draw were official Beach Soccer World Cup ambassadors and former Portugal footballers Vitor Baia and Nuno Gomes, who were accompanied by ex-France midfielder Christian Karembeu, a member of Les Bleus’ squad that won the FIFA World Cup France 1998™. 

The ceremony began at 12:25 local time (13:25 CET) and was streamed live on and FIFA’s official YouTube channel. The four seeded teams for the tournament, which will be held on 9-19 July, are Portugal, Brazil, Russia and Switzerland.
